Just met with Megan, my new roommate.

Megan, my new roommate just left here. She is going to move in on Friday. So, Megan could damn near be my older sister............We have a ton in common, she seems clean, has a good job, and only is moving out from her other apartment because her roommate is getting married, and her and her new husband want to live in the apartment. I told her that I would need a deposit of $300 and her share of the rent would be $300 a month. She was totally fine with that and then wrote me a check for $450 to cover the deposit and half a month in rent. I explained my situation, explained how I like MY apartment kept, and she was totally cool with it. YEAH FOR ME!
