So, to catch you up on my story a bit:

My unemployment got denied by my employer. I found that out last Monday, and today I had a conference call with a Judge in Boise for my appeal. My lawyer was there, and it took all of about an hour. I don't exactly know when I will find out if my appeal was denied or approved. If it's approved, then my case goes in front of the EEOC, and if they say I have a lawsuit, I can sue my former employer. However, that part can take a month or more, so I guess we will see.

I am back to having 3 jobs again. I was lucky enough that all of my other employers were nice enough to give me my jobs back, and one of them, actually gave me a raise to come back and put my name in for management traineee. It's not what you think though. I mean, sure, it could turn in to something, but there is about 10 managers at this place so you can imagine how that goes.

So, enough of the downer shit. I still have nobody in my life, and for right now I am okay with that. Sure, I am lonely, but I still have my friends. The thing with Amy was really nice, but she is different now. But I guess we all are.
