Vegas trip continuted.

So, where was I? Oh yeah. I had just dared Lacie to go down on Jenna. Even as the words came out of my mouth, I knew I shouldn't have said it. I mean, hey, an Escalade full of chicks having hot freeway sex sounds fucking awesome, right? Yeah, not so much. Well, yeah, it does, but we were on our way to Las Vegas, and I certainly didn't want to be the cause of a shitload of awkward moments. So I immediately, and without much of a hesitation, said "Take of your shirt and stick your head out of the sun roof the next big rig we pass." Whoops and laughter abound. Yeah, I averted a potentially deadly situation.

Time absolutely flies when you are having a good time. Next thing I know, we are pulling off the freeway in St. George, Utah. It had to be close to 11:30 or so our time, and the amount of people going in and out of the gas station was mind boggling. Lots of out of state plates, lots of old people, and lots of people obviously on there way to Vegas. We stocked up on good again, used the oddly clean restroom, and saddled up to drive the final leg in to Vegas.

I asked Michelle if she wanted me to drive. I could tell that she was getting a little road weary, and I am about the only one besides her that can drive worth a shit in a big city. I got in, fumbled around for the seat controls, and we shoved off.

The canyon through Arizona was really windy and packed with old people on their way to Mesquite or Vegas. I didn't get above 60 almost the whole way through the canyon. I only got up to the speed limit a few miles before we hit Mesquite, and that was only because I used my best ninja tactics and stuntman driving skills to maneuver through the throngs of blue hairs and Viagra guys.

We had started picking up radio stations in Vegas as we came through the canyon, and they were really coming in good once we made it through Mesquite. The radio stations in Vegas are slightly different than the ones back home. After 9:00, all the podunk stations that we listen too go on computer loop where you can damn near set your clock to the songs as they come on. Here, it is 1am local time, and there were still, get this, LIVE DJ's. I couldn't believe it. Not only that, they were doing a LIVE broadcast from some nightclub at the top of some casino.

The adrenaline was really kicking in now, and we were all like a bunch of school kids getting ready for a field trip. A really really awesome field trip. We sang too loud to the songs on the radio, smoked too many cigarettes, and danced our little dances in our plush leather seats. The lights of Vegas were visible over the hill now, and it was only a matter of time before Sin City opened it's arms to us.

More to follow soon.
